Your data already exists. We make it useful.

Custom dashboards, reports and assistants, built on the systems your company already runs.

Built on the systems you already run

The problem we keep seeing

The numbers are all there. The insight is not.

Every company starts in a different place. What is always missing is one view of all the systems that anyone can use.

Tarlen, the company in the screens on this page, does not exist. Its customers and every figure in them are made up too.

  1. 1

    It starts with Excel.

Someone builds a spreadsheet by hand, and it answers only the one question it was made for.

Behind every cell sits a formula typed by hand. When a tab it reads from is removed, the formulas break, and only the person who built it knows where.

  2. 2

Each system has its own siloed report.

Each view shows one part of the company. None of them shows the whole.

Accounting knows revenue. Sales knows the CRM pipeline. The order system knows which orders still have to ship. To see the whole picture, someone has to open them one by one.

  3. 3

The numbers only appear when someone asks for them.

The answer takes days and depends on who has time to reply.

A question on Monday becomes an export on Wednesday. On Thursday the next question comes in.

What we build

One platform that brings all your systems together.

That missing view, built for your company. Dashboards anyone can use, a 24/7 assistant for your own data, connections to every system you run and hosting in the EU.

  1. Dashboards & reports

Many pages, real filters, drill-down to the underlying rows. Scheduled reports by email or as a PDF for stakeholders without access to the dashboard.

  2. Internal assistants

Ask about finances, products or a customer’s history in plain language. Every answer shows its source and highlights the passage.

  3. Integrations

We connect ERP, CRM, logistics software, databases, spreadsheets and documents, read-only. If a provider has no API, we pick up the phone and agree an export.

  4. Hosting & running

We host the platform in the EU and keep improving it. All data stays yours and you can take it with you.

Everything we build, in detail

One question, four systems.

Next to the dashboards, people can ask questions in plain words. The assistant finds the answer in the systems Tarlen already had, and marks each passage with its source.

Read-only on all four. Hosted in the EU.

Roles & access

Everyone sees what they need to see.

These three views are examples, not a menu. You define the roles and, for each one, which pages and figures it can access. Underneath, everyone works from the same numbers.

  • The board

The full profit and loss, from revenue to net profit after tax, for every entity.

  • Sales

Their own customers and the margin on them, or all customers if you choose.

  • Purchasing

Stock against reorder points and open purchase orders.

For every role in the company. Finance, a region lead, the warehouse, the service desk or an external accountant. Each sees exactly the data you choose.

How we work

A call, a scoped plan, a build in phases, and a platform that keeps improving.

There is no price list. What a platform costs depends on how clean the data is, which connections need building and how much you want it to do. But the scoping and the build each have a fixed price, agreed before they start.

  1. Discovery call

    Free30 minutes

You tell us what you cannot see today. We tell you honestly whether it is worth building.

  2. Scoping

    Fixed price1–3 weeks

We check your data and systems and set out what each phase will build.

  3. Proposal

    No obligationyou decide

A fixed price for the build and a delivery date per phase. You decide whether we start.

  4. Build in phases

    Fixed priceset after scoping

You test each phase once or twice along the way. Then we hand it over finished.

  5. Run and improve

    Monthly feefrom the first delivery

We host and look after the platform and make changes within a set number of hours a month.

How we work and price

Who we work with

From owner-led companies to departments of large ones.

  • 01

    Owner-led companies

We talk to the owner or CEO. The platform replaces the spreadsheet that runs the company, and it is often the first time everyone sees the same numbers.

  • 02

    Mid-sized groups

We talk to the CFO and COO. Several entities, several systems, one consolidated view with drill-down per entity.

  • 03

    Large organisations

We talk to the manager who owns the problem. A department-level platform that fits your IT policy and reads from central systems without asking them to change.

Security & data

What we do with your data is in the contract.

Every line on this sheet comes from our terms, not just from the website. The number takes you to the clause.

  1. Read-only

We never write to your systems, and ask only for the read permissions the platform needs.

  2. Hosted in the EU

The platform, its backups and its logs run on servers in the European Union.

  4. Never used for training

Your data is used only for your platform. Neither we nor the model provider train a model on it.

Questions we get asked

Before the call.

For anything else, write to info@kovicta.com. A member of our team will personally get back to you within one working day.

Is Kovicta a product or a service?

A service that delivers a product. We design and build a platform for your company specifically, then host and improve it for you. There is no generic template underneath.

Do we need to change our systems first?

No. We read from what you have, including a local SQL Server, an accounting package and a folder of spreadsheets. Your systems keep running as they are.

Which systems can you read from?

Accounting and ERP packages such as Exact Online, AFAS and NetSuite, CRMs such as HubSpot and Salesforce, Shopify, logistics software such as Boxwise, databases such as SQL Server and PostgreSQL, Excel files and folders of documents. When a provider has no interface, we contact them and agree an export.

Our ERP and CRM already have reports. Why add this?

Those systems hold the data, but they are built to work in, not to analyse. Every click takes seconds, the screens are technical and an analysis means digging through menus and exports, which makes it hard to draw conclusions. We do not replace them. We read from them and bring the figures of every system together on clear pages with charts. Every figure opens the rows behind it.

What does it cost?

It depends on how clean your data is, which connections we need to build, and how much you want the platform to do. After the discovery call, the scoping phase gives you a fixed price for the build and a fixed monthly fee for running it, based on how many people use it and how much they use the assistants.

Who owns what?

You own your data, always, and can export it in plain files. Kovicta owns and maintains the code, which is why we can host it for you and keep improving it.

Where does it run?

On our servers in Falkenstein, Germany, with backups in Helsinki, both in the EU. Your users open it in a browser. The assistants use Anthropic’s models, which run in the US.

How do the assistants avoid making things up?

Every answer cites the source row or document, and the referenced passage is highlighted so a human can check it in seconds. We use Anthropic’s models, and your data is never used for training.

How long does it take?

Scoping takes one to three weeks. Each phase of the build then has its own delivery date, usually a few weeks out, and goes into use once it is handed over. The dates are in the proposal.

Tell us what you cannot see today.

A thirty-minute discovery call. Bring the question your data should answer but does not, and we will tell you honestly whether it is worth building and roughly what it would take.

  • No slides, no pitch. We look at your situation
  • A straight answer on feasibility and rough scope
  • Read-only from the first conversation
